The State of Iowa Service Desk, led by the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), provides the State of Iowa and its customers a central point of contact for support with their IT needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most items can be handled immediately by the Service Desk. Those that cannot be immediately resolved will be routed to the appropriate support team for resolution. The Service Desk works closely with these teams in escalation and resolution of high priority tickets.
